Joining Cloisters Spa brings you the ultimate in relaxation and wellbeing; from our large fully air conditioned gym, to the heat rooms and jacuzzi to a relaxing swim in our 16 metre pool looking out onto our beautiful grounds. Cloisters Spa has something for everyone.
Become a member and get the most from The Cloisters Spa. Select the option that suits you: full, unlimited access; off peak for those quieter times; or gym only.
As a member we offer:
- 10% discount in The Fat Abbot (Monday-Thursday)
- 20% discount in The Parsonage (not valid for functions or weddings)
- Full and off-peak members receive 20% discount off spa treatments.
Please note that under 18s are not able to use the spa or leisure facilities (including the swimming pool).

Cloisters Spa & Health Club Membership
To become a member of Cloisters Spa please download and complete the forms below and email them along with the documents required to sales@parsonagehotel.co.uk
If you can send a picture of the ID required (passport, driving licence), along with a head and shoulder photo of yourself for your membership card and the top part of a bank statement for us to ensure the account numbers and your name match the direct debit form.
Our direct debits are taken on 1st of each month – or the nearest working day, so we can either begin your membership from the beginning of next month or alternatively we can take payment by credit/debit card to cover the remainder of this month for your membership to begin straight away.
After receiving this information we will process everything for you and confirm your membership along with you members card via post.
